I pity the above two souls.Judging from their language display the duo seem to be mama's kids - i.e. the don't spend any earned money for individual appraisal , may be from the free pocket money they may have to show off anyhow anytime.

Imagine going through the graduate diploma class and Directorate of Training Institute (DTI)declines to reimburse your employer, the reason being DALC papers are a sham or a figment of Oborah.
Just to challenge the duo may they post their DALC attained certificates with an approval stamp from the Ministry of Education - Jogoo Hse or CHE the same who approved DALC.
Painstakingly I shall post a scanned copy from CHE declining the recognition of IIU obtained through the guidance and blessing of DALC.
