OBORAH: AFRICA's HIGH ACHIEVER

The Executive President with the Cambridge City Councillors - United Kingdom

He poses as a Cambridge Councilor here. When he became a councilor we don't know and its rather peculiar that he forgot to boast about it. Perhaps in tonights episode of the class, he can tell us what ward he is in charge of. I'd like to know if he is in the labour party by any chance. When did he campaign, run DALC, write thesis, note which staff were gossiping, print Cambridge Certificates, do career assesments and sit in the council.

Is he a UK citizen?

Yeah Humphrey, explain this one. Especially what you council men are doing posing with the Sandhu guy.

Where is that funny guy posing as the Oxford mayor in your other prospectus cos I think you need him for this photo shoot. H?

Speaking during an interview, Dr. Humphrey Oborah, Head of Missions at DALC said, "A good curriculum must always satisfy the training and development needs of the economy. While we train and empower, we would like to consider the relevance of what we offer to the development of the East African region and how it practically connects the classrom and the working industry ".

The new curriculum has drawn out special areas of Management, Computing and Education which can now be studied as specialties."We want to produce graduates who are professionals in their areas of specialization and are ready for the job market. For instance management as a course has now been broken down into several courses where an individual can now carve out a niche of specialization for themselves" adds Dr. Oborah.

The prestigious UK universities offer admissions to Kenyans depending on their career potential and how best they have performed in subjects rather than in overall KCSE performance, says Dr Humphrey Oborah, the head of Missions and curriculum manager at DALC.
    ...
The candidate receives an admission letter and a student identification card from the UK institutions, adds Dr Oborah.

"Admission is not based on academic credits alone.Work experience is also considered. This differs from the traditional structure," he says.

Work experience and other qualifications are interpreted by the Quality Assurance Commission which awards credit transfers and determines where a candidate can be placed.

Dr Oborah says DALC is not a university and upgrading diplomas, through credit transfers, to undergraduate or postgraduate levels are the discretion of the awarding universities abroad.

  • Why are all of you jealous. There are many universities you can start an imaginary collaboration with. Especially American Ones. You can create a Website for HAM aka Harvard Association of Managers, you can have a PAM aka Princeton Association of Managers. You can also have a BAM ie Boston Association of Managers or a WAM ie Washington Association of Managers. With the Obama fever going around, you can run adverts of your HAM/PAM/BAM/WAM and have a picture of OBAMA on the prospectus. That way, you can leave our Oborah to keep his CAM/OXIM in peace.

  • Oborah's uncle is behaving like uncivilised person, just like the likes of the Joyce Akinyi Chinedu relatives who thronged her at Deepwest to defend her imaginey "estate" where issues were even before the court. He should learn to differiate academic fraud from "collective riches" even if is a beneficicary.

  • I was just giving options to all of you jealous people who want to make a big issue out of Oborah's success. so what if he posed as a Cambridge Councilor? Even you can find gowns and funny looking men and pose as mayor of Lumbumbashi. Kenyans are not creative but criticize all the time. You can pose as a councilor Widhoek, Kigali, Juba etc. All you gast do is assemble a cast of the needed goon with a chain and mace. Get creative, towns are all over even small countries in the scandnavia would be welcome to having a Kenyan mayor. Have you seen the opportunity brought about by Obama. You can pose with the mayor of Kansas!!
