DALC CRISIS REACHES A NEW LEVEL

See the bulletin below and see that students in 3 campuses are to be handled by one man. This came after recent staff departures that have left the head office and other campuses devoid of staff. Have we mentioned that there have been 4 resignations in the past one month? As you can read below, some of these things point to an organisation with serious problems.

Title: MOMBASA, NAKURU AND KISUMU CAMPUSES

These campuses, at the moment, have Oborah as their Centre Manager.

All admin issues should be emailed directly to oborah@dalcafrica.com if the online portal, front desk or tutors cannot answer.

This applies to all students who feel that they are not getting the right answers to their questions.

Shortly, I will avail "hot mobile phone lines" to help boost communication with my office.

  • hahahahhaah OBORAH YOU are loosing it polepole. What do you mean when you say students are not getting the right answers. Is it a case of the right answer or the honest answer? Maybe your staff have been too honest? And how can you manage campuses that are 100km apart? As usual, playing with peoples lives. Someday you will pay>

  • The snake oil salesman Oborah was on KTN again, this time talking about how DALC performs Gift & Talent testing, and how it's the "modern" approach to education.

He lambasted parents for taking their children for extra tuition, saying that it's out-dated, old fashioned and not in trend with modernity. He said it forces children to be what they really cannot be, thus wasting time and money.

He made many false claims, one of which was that developed societies perform gift and talent testing, which has contributed to many innovations over the past 30 years. He failed to quote exactly where, how and what measurables are of gift & talent testing.

He attempted to add credibility to this hoax by using some technical jargon i.e. terms like "spare capacity" of individuals, which he says is the difference in IQ amount between geniuses and ordinary individuals. He mentioned how it can be used for good to transform society and how it's a must for education stakeholders to find this "spare capacity".

If The Class was a TV drama or movie, Oborah should have won an Emmy award or Oscar by now. People should beware of him, as he dresses in Hugo Boss suits, wears expensive glasses and a silver Rolex, but all his claims are fake and fabrications....
